Question 1

Freight is quoted after the order list is confirmed, because energizers, netting and coop doors differ sharply in carton volume and weight. HPS FENCE ships by express, sea, rail or air, and quotes the route that keeps landed cost lowest for the destination port.

Accepted Answer

❓ How is freight calculated for wholesale electric fence shipments?✅ Direct Answer: Freight is quoted after the order list is confirmed, because energizers, netting and coop doors differ sharply in carton volume and weight. HPS FENCE ships by express, sea, rail or air, and quotes the route that keeps landed cost lowest for the destination port.📖 Details: Energizers ship in compact export cartons, while netting and coop doors are volumetric, so the same value of goods can need twice the container space. We quote express, sea, rail and air against the confirmed order list and show carton count, gross weight and CBM, which lets the buyer compare routes on landed cost instead of headline freight.📋 Buying note: Compare landed cost, not freight. Port charges, inland delivery and unloading usually decide which route is cheaper, especially on a first container.

Question 2

Bank transfer (T/T) is the standard method for wholesale electric fence orders, with the deposit and balance split stated on the proforma invoice. Payment terms for repeat dealers and OEM programmes are agreed in writing before the first shipment, together with the price list and the freight quote.

Accepted Answer

❓ What payment methods can wholesale electric fence buyers use?✅ Direct Answer: Bank transfer (T/T) is the standard method for wholesale electric fence orders, with the deposit and balance split stated on the proforma invoice. Payment terms for repeat dealers and OEM programmes are agreed in writing before the first shipment, together with the price list and the freight quote.📖 Details: Bank transfer (T/T) is the standard term: a deposit with the order and the balance before dispatch, both stated on the proforma invoice. Alternative arrangements for repeat dealers are agreed case by case and written into the proforma, never left verbal, because payment terms are the most common source of a delayed shipment.📋 Buying note: Confirm the currency, who bears the bank charge and the exact deposit percentage before the transfer is made. Small omissions here cost more than the freight difference between two suppliers.

Question 3

Enquiry and order data is used only to prepare quotations, ship orders and handle warranty claims, and it is never sold or shared with third parties. EU buyers can request the data-processing terms together with the dealer agreement, which is the document an importer needs to attach a GDPR clause to a supply contract.

Accepted Answer

❓ How does HPS FENCE handle buyer and enquiry data under GDPR?✅ Direct Answer: Enquiry and order data is used only to prepare quotations, ship orders and handle warranty claims, and it is never sold or shared with third parties. EU buyers can request the data-processing terms together with the dealer agreement, which is the document an importer needs to attach a GDPR clause to a supply contract.📖 Details: Data collected is limited to contact details, company name, shipping address and order history, and it is used for quotations, shipping documents and warranty records. EU importers should name the data controller in the supply contract and set a retention period; HPS FENCE signs an agreed data-processing annex on request rather than relying on a generic policy page.📋 Buying note: Request the data-processing annex together with the dealer agreement, not after the first shipment. Under GDPR the importer carries the obligation, so the clause has to sit in the contract.

Question 4

Stock energizers, fence testers and chicken door openers are held in Hangzhou for quick dispatch, and availability is confirmed line by line within one working day of the enquiry. Repeat and OEM production runs are scheduled by model and quantity, so lead time is quoted with the order instead of being assumed.

Accepted Answer

❓ What is the stock availability and lead time for wholesale electric fence orders?✅ Direct Answer: Stock energizers, fence testers and chicken door openers are held in Hangzhou for quick dispatch, and availability is confirmed line by line within one working day of the enquiry. Repeat and OEM production runs are scheduled by model and quantity, so lead time is quoted with the order instead of being assumed.📖 Details: Fast-moving lines such as energizers, fence testers and chicken door openers are held in stock for quick dispatch. Slower accessories and OEM production runs are built against the order, so the schedule is confirmed model by model rather than quoted as one blanket lead time. That distinction matters on a mixed order, where two lines can be ready weeks apart.📋 Buying note: Ask for a line-by-line availability sheet with the quotation. It is the only way to know which items are genuinely ex-stock and which will hold up the shipment.

Question 5

Dealers order by sending a model list or the target application to hps01@hpsunionpower.com or calling +86 571 89774060, and receive a quotation within one working day. Stock energizers, testers and chicken doors start at one unit, mixed models are accepted for trial orders, and shipments leave Hangzhou for Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the US, Canada, South America, Korea and Japan.

Accepted Answer

❓ How can dealers order electric fence products from HPS FENCE?✅ Direct Answer: Dealers order by sending a model list or the target application to hps01@hpsunionpower.com or calling +86 571 89774060, and receive a quotation within one working day. Stock energizers, testers and chicken doors start at one unit, mixed models are accepted for trial orders, and shipments leave Hangzhou for Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the US, Canada, South America, Korea and Japan.📖 Details: Orders start with a model list and the destination port. We reply with a unit price per model, carton count and a freight quote in one document, so the buyer can calculate landed cost before committing. Stock models ship from Hangzhou, and mixed containers are accepted, which lets a first order combine energizers, testers and netting instead of filling a container with one SKU.📋 Buying note: Send five things and the quotation comes back complete: model or application, quantity per model, destination port, packaging requirement (neutral, retail or private label) and target shipment date.
